Picked up some food to watch the Bears game. Food came out hot and tastes amazing. Owner was there very nice guy and even gave us some free mozzarella sticks.

Great neighborhood spot to watch a sports game and grab cold drinks and limited food menu. Dined there solo on Sunday and was a pretty relaxed atmosphere. I would come back again. Hopefully they publish a physical specials menu vs having to see it across the bar on a wall would be my only suggestion.

Quentin Tap is open, and it’s worth a visit! Located at 783 N. Quentin Road on the southeast side of Northwest Highway and Quentin Road in Palatine, IL, and owned by the Tselos father-son duo. The sports bar serves tavern-style pizza, sandwiches, burgers, wraps, salads, chicken wings, mac & cheese options, appetizers, and cold drinks to wet your whistle. My party of three recently ate there on a Friday evening, and we were not disappointed. Like many restaurants, when they first open and people want to satisfy their curiosity, the restaurant/bar was packed at the height of the dinner hour, so we had a twenty-minute wait. We sat at the bar, had drinks, and the wait time passed by fast.
Our server, Mason, was friendly and attentive. We decided to share a small pepperoni pizza, a Philly cheesesteak sandwich, and a brisket grilled cheese sandwich on sourdough bread with tater tots and sweet potato fries. I appreciated the fact that the cheese on the pizza was nice and gooey, instead of burnt or hardened like the sugar topping on crème brûlée. Both sandwiches were delicious, and the sweet potato fries cooked perfectly (nicely crisp outside, soft inside). The tater tots could have been slightly crispier on the outside, but they were still good. (I’m a fan of crispy, but never too dark or burnt). Visit Quentin Tap soon and often, and help make this good-vibes sports bar a success.

I orders two pizzas and brisket Mac , Good ! Hot fresh and fast . Went on Friday so the drink specials was $5 great ! Seems to be filled with locals and wasn’t crowded at all . Music was good . The advice I would give is to not torn hear off seeing that everyone including myself had coats on . I also would have liked my to go trays to not be foam but overall I will come back !

I had an absolute fantastic time at Quentin Tap. My friend and I wanted to catch up and get together at a restaurant between us and we found this apparently new restaurant. The vibe of the restaurant was very welcoming, the furniture looked new and you can tell they just poured a ton of money to make the place very inviting.
We had the Hot Honey Pizza and BLT sandwich, it was absolutely amazing. I honestly ate it so fast I didn't' really get a chance to take better pictures of the food as it was delivered. It was that good.
I also met the owner I believe while I was there, you can see we took a shot together (on the house) while we visited as a way of thanking us for being new customers.
What surprised me the most was how good the Pizza was, I grew up eating Peapod's, Giordano's, Laminate's, and Homerun Inn Pizza and this definitely stood among those greats. If you go order the Pizza you won't be disappointed.
I definitely will go here again, and plan to go in the future with the family.
Thanks again Quentin's Tap, we had a wonderful time.

Thank you for re-opening in the neighborhood! This is just like a corner bar on the NW side of Chicago, a local version of a “Cheers” bar.
I love coming here for pizza (which is scratch made and awesome), watching games and chatting w/Kathy the best bartender!

Recently moved into the neighborhood and had never been to Quentin Tap before, but it’s quickly become one of my favorite sports bars anywhere in the northwest suburbs. The food and specials are outstanding, especially the wings and burger deals, seriously some of the best around.
What really stands out is the service. Kathy made me feel welcome the very first night, and Ava and Angie have all been incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional every time I’ve stopped in. Definitely worth coming in to see them and the whole team.
Great atmosphere, great food, great people. Highly recommend Quentin Tap if you’re looking for a true neighborhood sports bar with consistently excellent service and value.

My husband and I love Quentin Tap! Great food, great vibe, great service, and most importantly friendly people that make it feel like home. This is a place that is run with love, and it shows. Perfect if you want to let your hair down, splurge on a delicious pizza and watch your favorite game!

Came in with my friend close to kitchen close and ordered pizza, meatloaf, and a brisket mac and cheese. All were phenomenal. The brisket mac was the favorite though and it came out looking great. The bartender was very avid with water fill-ups which is a huge plus and she was also very consistent on making sure we were taken care of. Will definitely be coming back. 5 stars
